- Give the specific and clear information, for example: “Please use soft colour.”

- For delivery, customer need to add extra charge.
- Price can change anytime.
5. Terms & Condition
- In some instances, the photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its tempreament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or contrainers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. if this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only subtitute items of equal or higher value. Flower arrangements shown here are indicative only. We will always do our best to provide you with a product than resembleas that shown in the picture. It may be possible that the actual arrangement varies due to un-availability of flowers and other reasons beyond our control.

When is the last day to place the order?
- Customer can place the order at least one day before, but we can’t guarantee the availability of the flower or if our slot is already full or not. To avoid disappointment, please order D-7
How long will the flower last?
- The flowers will last around one to seven days, depends on the flower’s type and arrangement.
Can Bell Florist deliver outside of Surabaya area?
- We can deliver fresh fowers to Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Gresik. Artificial flowers can be sent all around Indonesia by JNE.
